TQL Opening Second Alabama Office in Birmingham

Birmingham, AL – Total Quality Logistics announced its newest sales office today in Birmingham, Alabama. The office – located at 2317 Third Ave. North, Suite 200, Birmingham, AL 35203 - is scheduled to open for business Sept. 19, 2016.
 
Birmingham will be TQL’s 54th office nationwide and its second in Alabama. TQL Mobile originally opened in July 2014 and – because of its rapid growth – moved to a new location in Spanish Fort earlier this year.
 
“Total Quality Logistics’ plan to open a new location in Birmingham represents a positive development with solid job-creation potential,” Governor Robert Bentley said. “Creating good jobs for the citizens of Alabama is my number-one priority, and I’m pleased to see the TQL project come together in Birmingham.”

Bell Sr. “Throughout the city, Birmingham continues to grow at an amazing pace. TQL’s presence will further enhance our recruitment success in bringing new jobs and investment to Birmingham.”  
 
The new office will open with a founding team of five current TQL employees, as well as several more from its first hiring class prior to opening. TQL plans to bring 50 to 75 new jobs to the city over the next three years.
 
TQL connects customers needing to move truckload freight with quality carriers who have the capacity to move it.
