New hires with the company must go through a rigorous logistics and sales training program before starting to hunt for new clients.
Once training is completed, the company offers its employees the opportunity to earn unlimited commissions on top of their base salary. The average compensation for a salesperson who has been selling with TQL for only two years is more than $60,000. For the top 20% of sales people in the company, that number hurdles to an average of more than $100,000.
