TQL Named Best Places to Work Finalist in Greater Cincinnati
Total Quality Logistics (TQL) has been named as a finalist in the Business Courier of Cincinnati’s 2013 Best Places to Work competition. This is the seventh time TQL has been named to the list of best places to work in Greater Cincinnati. TQL is a two-time winner in the category of companies with 1,000 employees or more. Winners for 2013 will be announced on November 14.
TQL was nominated by its employees, who participated in an employee survey to rank their workplace on factors such as recognition, benefits, trust in senior leaders, and team effectiveness. Surveys were administered by Quantum Workplace, an independent, third-party firm.
“Our home and roots are in Greater Cincinnati and we are happy to see our employees giving us high marks for what we are doing right here in town,” said executive vice president, Kerry Byrne.
TQL employs approximately 1,500 people in the Greater Cincinnati area at offices in Union Twp., West Chester, Western Hills, and Erlanger.
