TQL Gives Back With "Paint the Town" 2007

Cincinnati, OH - On June 9, 2007, a group of employees from Cincinnati based logistics company, Total Quality Logistics, gave back to the community by sponsoring and painting a house in the annual "Paint the Town" event hosted by Give Back Cincinnati. This was the second year TQL participated in the event and the first year sponsoring a home.

This year 24 TQL employees volunteered to paint their company sponsored house in the local community of College Hill.

"TQL was one of our largest teams and tackled one of the project's largest homes. The homeowners were overwhelmed by the TQL volunteers' commitment and work," said "Paint the Town" organizer Johnmark Oudersluys. "The team kept energy high throughout the day and was the first to complete their home in area 6."

"Paint the Town" is in its seventh year as an event hosted by Give Back Cincinnati. With a total of almost 1,000 volunteers, and 35 painted homes, this year's "Paint the Town" the most successful to date.

"I'm both pleased, and honored that our employees recognize the importance of community involvement and participated in such a large way with this year's Paint the Town," said Ken Oaks, President and CEO of TQL. "We are proud of our employees who make it a priority to support our local communities."
