Cincinnati, Ohio Total Quality Logistics (TQL) announced today that it was recently featured as one of twelve U.S. companies selected as exemplar case studies of innovative service providers by the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation.
The agency conducted a research study titled Seizing the White Space: Innovative Service Concepts in the United States. The study analyzed American companies that have developed new service concepts and business models, and are redesigning their organizational structure to drive innovation. The agency focused on four main industries that push the economy. These four areas include; insurance and financial services, professional services, wholesale and retail trade, and logistics. TQL was selected as one of three logistics based companies and is featured for its recruiting strategy and IT platform that allows it to provide exceptional customer service capabilities.
The report was generated with the intent of being utilized by the service industry in Finland. The Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation compiled the results of the study to be used by Finnish business leaders to generate innovation and growth in the economy.
