TQL Attracts Today's Gen Y Worker To Chicago's Old Shipping Industry
Cincinnati – Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the nation’s second largest freight brokerage firm, has once again been named a Top Gen Y Employer by Brill Street + Company, a staffing company focused on connecting emerging professionals with employers.
TQL’s Chicago office opened in 2009 with six employees. It now employs more than 100, and what’s truly unique about TQL’s Chicago office: all of its employees currently are considered Generation Y employees, broadly defined as those born between the early 80’s and late 90’s.
