Total Quality Logistics Named One Of The 25 Best Service Companies To Sell For Now
Cincinnati - Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the nation's second largest freight brokerage, was named to Selling Power Magazine's list of the "25 Best Service Companies to Sell for Now."
Each year, Selling Power identifies companies with the most to offer salespeople, according to the article in the magazine's October/November/December 2012 issue. "Anyone entering the sales field should begin his or her effort by taking a good look at these top companies," stated Selling Power editors.
This is the second year in a row that TQL has been named to this list based on its rankings in three key categories: compensation, training, and career mobility. TQL had the highest score of any company on the list in the category of career mobility.
"If you are successful here, there are no limits to your potential. Leaders are quickly identified and recognized, as more than 90% of our current sales management team has been promoted from within," said Kerry Byrne, TQL executive vice president.
Other companies named to the magazine's list include FedEx, LivingSocial, and Google.
TQL is actively recruiting and hiring for its nationwide offices. The company is looking for entry-level sales professionals who can help the company secure new accounts and manage their customers' transportation needs. TQL provides extensive classroom and on-the-job logistics training to prepare new hires for the rigor of the role. Interested candidates should visit the company's web site at www.tqljobs.com.
