A Father’s Day to Remember
We moved a very special load on Father’s Day Weekend, all to say thank you to our TQL dads. 18,000 oyster crackers, 3,200 hot dogs and buns, 1,600 packets of hot sauce, 200 pounds of cheese, and 6,400 ounces of Cincinnati’s finest Skyline Chili was delivered to TQL HQ on Saturday morning.
Company executives handed out Cheese Coney kits to employees at our 4th “drive-thru at HQ”. An idea sparked by COVID-19, as a way for TQL to do something for our local Cincinnati employees while still practicing social distancing.
The 400 happy families that cruised by not only got a kit of eight “build your own” coneys, but got an up-close look at an excavator, a bulldozer and other large equipment on display at the HQ expansion construction site. The Union Township Fire Department was onsite giving kids “official” red helmets and showing off their fire engine while cars honked to say thank you for their work.
As we work to return to normal, TQL is grateful for their employees and the families who support them. Happy Father’s Day to the dads who make our team great.
