TQL Cares Gives Santa A Helping Hand
TQL knows how to set records, and this holiday season was no exception. Teams across the nation participated in TQL Cares for the Holidays, volunteering and giving back to their communities. Employees planned and completed 55 different service projects, a 57% increase from the 2017 holiday season.
With an increase in projects comes an increase in impact. Close to 600 children received gifts while 7,100 pounds of food was collected for those in need. Some teams donated their time at organizations like Matthew 25 Ministries and sorted over 24,000 lbs. of donations. 1,000 holiday cards were sent to patients who spent the holidays at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
The campaign that took place from November to December gave employees another chance to support the causes they are passionate about. In total, we reached 43 nonprofits across the nation.
"Being able to organize and host the TQL Big Brothers Big Sisters Christmas party onsite at our office was amazing, and really showed what an impactful difference our group is able to make in the community," said TQL employee Courtney P. We are honored to have made an impact in 2018 and look forward to even bigger one in 2019. Because TQL Cares.
