TQL Hosts the 3rd Annual Clermont County Boys & Girls Club Christmas Party
On Friday, December 7, 2018 TQL and over 40 employee volunteers hosted the 3rd annual Clermont County Boys & Girls Club Christmas Party, helping the kids in our community make great holiday memories. 90 club kids came to TQL headquarters to enjoy a Christmas party the TQL way – one that exceeds expectations.
Kids were welcomed like celebrities as they entered on a red carpet, cheered on by a crowd of TQL employees. Club kids were then greeted by Santa himself and treated to pizza donated by a Cincinnati favorite - Dewey’s.
After devouring 200 pieces of pizza, kids took pictures with Santa, got their faces painted and enjoyed chocolate fondue. They played games like pin the heart on the Grinch, snow shovel race, jingle bell toss, snowman drawing game and decorated ornaments to give as Christmas gifts.
“Seeing all the smiles and excitement made my Friday night. This is my third year helping, and it keeps getting better,” said TQL employee Joe B.
The evening concluded with a massive indoor snowball fight - even Santa joined in the fun. As kids left they were given goody bags that included cookies, games and candy canes. All 220 cookies were baked and donated by TQL’s Women in Logistics group.
TQL is honored to partner with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati since 2016, providing funding, field days, and Christmas parties. Get involved with your Boys and Girls Club here.
