Meet Tiffany, an LTL Team Captain.
Share your story of becoming successful at TQL.
I started as a Logistics Account Executive in September 2020. Halfway through my training, my office Group Sales Manager approached me with the Less Than Truckload Account Rep opening. I was hesitant because I was still so new. After much consideration, I realized it was the right move.
I was promoted to LTL Team Captain a year into my new position after building a very established book and standing out from my peers. A year later, I qualified for LTL OMASS Premier Top 3 in Broker Revenue.
What motivates/inspires you?
I aspire to be financially sound on my own. I am motivated by money and the impact it can make. To be able to give to those in need or those that have been in my corner my whole life is something that inspires me day in and day out.
What is the best career advice you’ve received?
The best career advice I've been given is to control the controllable and don't be afraid to ask for help.
How do you maintain work-life balance?
Having a hobby to exert energy and frustrations helps me a ton. Another thing is to realize it’s okay to have that mental separation from work when you’re feeling stressed. It doesn’t make you bad at your job. Put in that hustle and celebrate your hard work.
