TQL’ers band together for National Volunteer Month

Teams from 47 offices completed 97 service projects in April  

Volunteerism is a personal choice at TQL.

Instead of being limited to a company-picked charity, our people select the nonprofits and causes they’re passionate about.

TQL’ers are encouraged to give back year-round through employee choice and matching programs, and they do. We also dedicate April to National Volunteer Month.

This April, TQL teams from 47 offices selected charities to support and completed 96 service projects.

Thanks to 1,443 volunteers, TQL logged 4,030 hours of service during National Volunteer Month. Whether they were cleaning beaches, prepping meals for seniors, playing basketball with kids or building houses for the homeless (to name a few), TQL’ers rolled up their sleeves and followed their hearts.

TQL donated $24,000 to qualifying nonprofits through its volunteer matching program, a 4% increase from 2022.

For TQL Cares, our philanthropic arm, National Volunteer Month was an extension of its mission to serve people, the community, the industry and the environment.
