Quick and Easy Payment with Total Quality Logistics
As a carrier, you take on a lot of up-front, out-of-pocket costs – fuel, pallets, insurance, even sometimes unloading fees. It can get expensive and the last thing you want to do is wait to get paid after a job well done.
At TQL, we believe you shouldn’t have to. We ensure timely payment to a carrier regardless of when, or if, we get paid from our client. In addition, we offer a variety of options so you can select the payment schedule that works best for you and your business.
- ACH Direct Deposit
Sign up for our ACH Direct Deposit program and have your money deposited directly into your bank account for free. There is no fee for this service and sign-up is easy. Sign up today.
- Standard Payment: 28 Days
A check will be issued or deposited into your bank account within 28 days of TQL receiving your paperwork. There are no fees for this option.
- 7 Day Quick Pay
A check will be issued or deposited into your bank account within 7 days of TQL receiving your paperwork. A discount will be deducted from the gross truck rate.
- Next Day Quick Pay
Get your cash now! A ComChek will be issued or direct deposit processed within 24 hours of TQL receiving your paperwork. A discount will be deducted from the gross truck rate, plus a processing fee per load for Comcheks.
Have Bills of Lading, receipts or invoices to submit to TQL?
For most loads, you can email (preferred) or fax us electronic copies of your BOLs. Be sure to check your Rate Confirmation or ask the Logistics Account Executive working on your load for details.
